I love this for washing my dogs. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and wanted to use it several times before writing a review. I’ve used the Rinse Ace shower attachments over the years for multiple dogs of different sizes and coat lengths and decided to try the Wondurdog when my last rinse ace started to lose pressure and leak. The spray and pressure of this is awesome and I love that I can adjust it for head and face and between large and small dogs. I love the rubber tooth comb head both for rinsing down to the skin and also massaging in shampoo/conditioner with or without the water on. But aside from being impressed with the product itself, I have to say that I was blown away with the support from the company. I had a mild problem with some leaking when I first installed it. It wasn’t awful but I followed all the instructions and tips and still had a leak from the diverter. I emailed the company and got an immediate response (after hours on a weekend). They sent me not one but two new diverters in different sizes and had a tracking number for the shipment sent to me right away. But it didn’t stop there. They followed up to make sure I received my replacement parts and wanted to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I have 4 dogs ranging from 11 pounds to 60 pounds and from short hair to long, thick hair. This product has been a game changer for me in bathing my dogs and I would recommend it to anyone! [...]
