Okay I wasn’t sure what to expect from a cordless power washer and I am pleasantly surprised. Out of the box, I plugged the battery in to charge. That took a few hours. Then I went to put the gun together and it was a little confusing trying to understand how from the pictures in the included instruction manual so my advice is to go by the installation pictures instead on the product page or watch the video. Then it was a snap. Once it was ready, I filled up a bucket of water, placed the filter basket in it and it was good to go.We’ve had a lot of rain here and my driveway has gotten slippery in areas so I wanted to tackle that problem. I tried each of the settings and found that the 0 setting has the strongest spray. There’s a demonstration video that shows a strong fan spray, but I couldn’t make that happen on any setting other than 0 even with the battery at it’s strongest. So that I found very disappointing considering the big job I was trying to do!The pros:The best thing about this is that the battery lasted over an hour (includes several starts and stops though) which was plenty for me because I was tired at that point. When I was done, it’s easy to dismantle it – just a quick tug on the connecter and the hose comes off -and then put it away in the included storage bag. Unlike my large pressure washer which is a huge pain to get the hose on and worse to get it off! Also this unit takes up very little space in my overflowing garage. And it’s easy to just pick up and carry it to where I need to use it like my back deck (which is an even huger pain to get my larger and heavier washer up the steps to the deck). And I can get into the nooks and crannies with this little thing like the outside of the railing on the deck.So the cons:There was a lot of stopping and starting because the included hose kept kinking and had to be straightened over and over. My advice there is to stretch it out in the sun and that maybe will help the flat areas reform and cut down on the kinks. As I said before, the spray from the setting that has the strongest water flow was narrow so it’s hard going doing a large area like my driveway. It uses a lot of water so the bucket needs constant refilling. I was close enough to my water hose to just place it in the bucket to keep refilling it as I was working. If that wasn’t the case, I would’ve given up after filling and toting 3 or 4 large buckets probably. For the convenience especially for small jobs like my deck or washing the car, I’d say this cordless pressure washer is worth it especially at the low price it’s being offered at. The portability and the strong battery makes this a product I can easily recommend.
