It came well packaged, and the quality is great.Pros: Comes with a handful of various attachments needed to easily attach to your showers counterparts and is very user friendly for those people who are unfamiliar with any bathroom related hardware. It is also very quiet compared to the shower head itself, which I’m certain is the start of the traumatic experience for my very loving, yet unpredictable within the first two steps in the direction of the bathroom. It is also tremendously helpful to have a more versatile handle to get right up onto her long coat, rather than having to fight to keep her inside the bath while twisting and turning a ridiculously large shower head that is pretty close to the same size as your pet (if of course you aren’t trying to bathe a Great Dane or larger breed of dog) from side to side, front to back, and underneath. It maintains mutual water pressure and is truly at a great price point.Cons: For vaulted or elevated ceilings, the hose could possibly be just a bit longer, but still very manageable as is.
